Region: Pessac-Leognan

📝 Description:
Colour: The color is close to a ruby red with tinges of violet.
Grape Varieties51% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc
Nose: The nose is rather discreet but swirled around it slowly reveals itself. The first nose is toasty and vanilla, followed by crisp notes of cherry and raspberry, accompanied by leather and spices.
Palate: The appetizer reveals a sappy wine, full of lamb's lettuce and freshness, to which well-extracted tannins give a tight structure. All the elements are in place to give a bottle of real elegance after a few years of cellaring. To keep five years at least.

Le Guide Hachette des Vins, 2011: 1 Star

To Serve: Between 16℃-18℃
Serving Suggestions:  Suitable for lamb dishes, steak and aged cheese.
